Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on New document request
4.Select the level and enter the mandatory fields
5.click on add
6.Request another document
7.Click on add
8.Error occurs when template is mapped for the folder
9.Document is not requested when template is not mapped for the folder
