Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to EwQIMS and navigate to APQP Module
2. Add a Project(Project 1) and add a task to it
3. Attach an Aqua document and set approval for it.
4. Publish the Aqua document and approve it.
5. Attach the same Aqua document to a task in another Project(Project 2)
6. Publish the Aqua document
7. Verify Deliverable Info page in Project 2.
=> The Aqua document takes up the approval route set in Project 1
