Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Design VDA menu
3.Select Functional/Failure Analysis and Click on the Blue coloured bar to Maximize the Diagrammatic view
4.Do flowdown operation
5.Observe the page
6.Select Failure Analysis and right click on PI on Tree/Table view
7.Observe the Add Failure option

Description
Scrollbar is shown in the middle of the page
Add failure option is displayed in functional analysis and allows to add Failure also. But after adding, system displays blank Diagrammatic view
