1.Login as FST Module administrator

2.Click on any menu and then select the PI

3.Select FTA Menu and Right click on Diagram and Click on each menu

4.Observe the result for each menu

Description

• Add Probability, Flowdown, Add FTA Placeholder Gate options are not responding.

• Add Design Cause displays Login page

• THL is displayed for Flowdown

• LblAdd Design cause is displayed. label for Header in Popup displays THL

Unable to add Cause from FTA.

Add Probability: Clicking on Add button in Current Safety Mechanisum for Failure, system displays server error.

Note: Mechanism spelling error

Except Print, Zoom to Fit and Zoom option all other options are not working properly.
