1) Login as admin
2) Click on Escalation settings
3) Click on batch manager
4) Click on status tab
5) Click on View Log
6) Click on Clear log and Click Yes on validation observe the error
7) Click on import existing files and observe the validation
8) Click on Type dropdown and observe the search values

Batch manager -> Status tab Sync log issues (Missed by QA)
1) Click on Clear log and Click Yes on validation observe the error
2) Click on import existing files and observe the validation
3) Click on Type dropdown and observe the search values
4) Common calendar need to have in created date and Start date fields
