Bug #20806: Project Competecny Report: Click on Mandatory link is redirecting to the login page of some other site instead of competency evaluation screen.

Project Competency: Clicking on the link it redirects to the competency evaluation screen and not showing the competency data and resource name also not showing. On clicking back button it is not redirecting to the project gantt - New Issue

1)Login as Project Owner
2)Open the project
3)Click on Project competency icon
4)Click on mandatory icon

Description

Clicking on the link it redirects to the competency evaluation screen and not showing the competency data and resource name also not showing. it simply showing blank page. On clicking back button it is not redirecting to the project gantt page with report or else project gantt.
