closedLPA : Perform audit page -> Fill checklist -> Correction and Closeout drop down when select and Summited the Checklist ->Validation is not displaying to specify Correction and Closeout comments (Missed by QA))

1) Login as auditor
2) Click on Perform auidt
3) Click on Upload audit record
4) Select Correction and Closeout for checkpoint with out entering Correction and Closeout Comments
5) Submit the Checklist
6) Update audit result
7) Observe the Upload NC/OFI Screen
Description
1) Perform audit page -> Fill checklist -> Correction and Closeout drop down when select and Summited the Checklist ->Validation is not displaying to specify Correction and Closeout comments
2) When Submitted the Checklist without entering the Correction and Closeout comments the Finding status is displaying as Not Closeout only because of Comments are not entered.
3) CA closeout -> NC details tab header displays in white color
4) Auditee upload date field and Data is going inside the window
