Auditor and Auditee Confirmation ->"Reason" popup is showing while confirming the scheduled audits as Auditor and Auditee and title is wrong (After Fixing Bug #20850)

Expected : Reason should not display while confirming an audits.

Expected 2 : Title "Delete Message" has to change.
