1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on Failure Tree
6. Click on Flowdown Icon
7. Expand the Child BOM Element
8. Select the Requirement
9. Click on +F(Failure button)
10.Add Failure and Click ok button
11.Observe the Result
12.Again Click on Flowdown Icon
13.Expand the same Child BOM Element
14.Observe the Result
