Widget setting->Some of the widgets issues

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Widget setting-> Most of the time save and refresh button is not working.

2) Audit schedule widget is not displayed after selecting also

3) While clicking on the + icon, scroll is not needed

4) Reupload approval -> Text should be red(NO data found)

5) Unwanted data is displayed in audit pro widget

Description
