(New)Common - When minimizing and maximized the screen by using the "Restore down" option in chrome. The Right side screen is minimized and it showing with scroll bar. Once the page was refreshed it is working as expected

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Restore button in chrome
3. And then maximize the screen
4. Observe the behavior
