Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Plant configuration, Equipment, Die Master and Die Activity tab
3. Click on Required spare part icon
4. Select the spare part
5. Click on Edit button
6. Observe the behavior

Description
Issue 1: (Impact) Equipment & Plant Configuration, Die Master and Die - Activity - Required spare part --> Edit edit is not working
Issue 2: Unable to delete the selected spare part - Die - saved successfully alert showing, but the grid is not refreshing
