Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as admin
2) Click on LPA schedule
3) Click on click here to go to Auidt calendar
4) Pick the Completed audit for with Auditee has already responded
5) Select the finding and click on CA closeout of the auditee responded findings
6) Scroll down to the bottom of the page and Specify Verification and Validation and save
