Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as admin
2) Create a LPA schedule menu
3) Create LPA Schedule with Tentative status
4) Click on publish for approval button
5) Login as auditor
6) Navigate to actions
7) Click on respective availability confirmation request
8) Click on Audit number and Observe

Description

1) Auditor availability confirmation > Audit details when view displays inconsistently
2) After Availability is not confirm by Auditor/Auditee> Not confirm Button still remains in the Window
