(QA Missed) Issue 2: Landing page --> Planned Maintenance Widgets --> scheduled WO --> Click on Spare part Usage icon and add the spare part details. Observe the Error message

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator as Landing page
2. Click on Planned Maintenance Widgets and click on Scheduled WO in the list
3. Edit the Activity and Enter the Activity status is Not ok and Action status as "Action planned" and set the Is Adhoc is "Yes" and save the activity
4. Saved successfully alert is not displayed

Issue 2:

1. Set in Business Rule spare part Request - No (Spare part usage)
2. Click on Widgets in Landing page
3. Click on Scheduled WO or assigned WO
4. Click on spare part usage icon
5. Set the Maintenance Person icon and date
6. Click on Add button
7. Observe the error message

Description

Issue 1: (QA Missed) Landing Page --> Planned Maintenance Widgets --> Activity --> When user tries to save the activity for ADHOC WO, it is not getting saved

Issue 2: Landing page --> Planned Maintenance Widgets --> scheduled WO --> Click on Spare part Usage icon and add the spare part details. Observe the Error message
