Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Set TPM as default landing page
3. View the Planned Maintenance Widget if it is not there add the widgets from the Plus icon
4. Click on Scheduled WO and Observe the User selection icon in Maintenance activity person and Maintenance Team
5. Observe the PM plan details tab button
6. Observe the Start date and End date time in PM Actual details tab

Description

Issue 1: Landing page --> Planned Maintenance --> Scheduled WO --> The user icon of Maintenance Activity person and Maintenance Team is not changed as per UI standard.

Issue 2: Landing page --> Planned Maintenance --> Scheduled WO and Completed WO --> The background color is missing for PM Plan details tab

Issue 3: Landing page --> Start date and end date and time field design is not good

Issue 4: Landing page --> Planned Maintenance --> No need two scroll bar in Planned Maintenance pop up window
