Risk and Optimization - If the Prevention/Detection status is set as 'Completed Active' and Detective Completion date is passed date, then it is not displayed in Red colour

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Design VDA menu

3.Select Failure Analysis and add Risk and Optimization for a cause

4.Add any expired date for Preventive/Detective Completion date

5.Set Status as Completed Active and click Done

6.Observe the colour
