Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EwQIMS and navigate to APQP Module
2. Add a Project and add a task to it
3. Attach an Aqua document and set MDR approval
4. Publish the Aqua document
5. Approve the draft revision
6. Again publish the Aqua document
7. Approve Aqua draft 2
8. Again Publish the Aqua draft to convert to document
=>Object Reference Not set to instance of the object error is displayed.
