Steps To Reproduce:
1) Login as admin
2) Create a LPA schedule
3) Create adhoc audit with tentative status
4) Click on the sane cell
5) Now Change the data in Ad hoc screen
6) Click on save without selecting excuse reason
7) First publish window comes on and when we click on Publish button and then later validation displays to select Excuse reason
