2) Create a LPA schedule
3) Click on tentative cell
4) Change Anyb data and pick excuse reason and Save
5) Retreieve the same and Observe

We didn't create this functionality. we will not get any requirement to show excuse reason again. Requirement is only to capture excuse while changing
