ECR/ECN Form: Attach button is wrapped to next line, which hides the text. Also border is removed after the doc is attached and its been showing once reason for change is entered(worked in last build)

1.Click on generate change request button in Initiate change request menu

2.RHS border is not coming

3.Click on add document link
