1) Login as Auditor NXP
2) Click on perform audit
3) upload audit record and Findings
4) Publish the audit report
5) Login as auditee
6) Click on Corrective actions
7) Observe

Verified in Cy-11 NXP DB and Auditee is listing but Auditee response response not able to do submit is not happening will confirm with dev team and will add another issue related to that
