Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as auditor
2) Click on perform audit
3) Scroll down to the bottom of the page
4) Click on Add audit plan
5) Click on process icon
6) Click on new and observe

Description

1) Perform audit page -> Add audit plan -> new process creation is not feasible to use.
2) After creating process mapped process is not displaying in audit plan screen
3) Selected Date in Add audit plan window is displaying blank after retrieve
