closedPPT1 group rights are not removed when the PPT1 user is changed to PPTSS/PPT2 Site and also the user is not assigned to the default group of the new site(only when adding the user in positions and changing the entity in user creation)

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to ewqims as a suite administrator
2.Click on positions
3.Select the PPTSS/PPT2 site
4.Add the PPT1 user say USer A to the Position created in PPTSS/PPT2 site
5.Click on users
6.Select the USer A
7.Change the entity to PPTSS/PPT2
8.Login as USer A
9.Check the user rights profile
