Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Click on Breakdown Work order Maintenance menu
3. Click on Breakdown WO code
4. Enter the mandatory field
5. Click on Save and Submit button
6. Observe the Date and Time
