1.Login to FST
2. Select a PI
3. Select VOC
4. Add new row, check for the behavior
5. Set landing page
6. Scroll the voc widget and see the behavior

Landing page-The layout icon in the VOC is scrolling down on moving mouse scroll.Refer screenshot
Faced the same in VOC page too at some points only
Also In VOC While adding new row the icon is hiding behind the dropdown. on refresh only it is back to position.
