Description
1) While opening form loading is displaying on the top of publish button as in screen shot C1
2) As per Ui rule it should be Hyperlink as in Screen shot C2
3) Adding / Removing row icon to be in proper alignment as in screen shot C3
4) Some times when form is not responding when clicked any where displays Object Reference error as in Screen shot C4
5) Date Picker Close button position is not good as in C5
