Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on VOC
6. Click on Publish for Approval
7. Enter the Mandatory field
8. Click on Publish button
9. Again click on Publish for Approval button
10.Click on Published Document
11.Observe the Published Document Details popup window
