closedBug #1521: Server Error occurs when clicking on change request button, where the document is moved from one level to another level (only when the document has custom revision)
Rights cant be set for the moved document, Rights for sites in document management not showing the moved documents as well as existing documents in that level

1.Login to Ewqims
2.GO to Doc pro
3.Click on document management
4.Move the document from one level to another level
5.Select the level where the document is moved
6.Click on rights for sites
