1.Login to FST
2. Select a PI
3. Select VOC
4. click on Enable review
5. click on submit without selecting route

Description

Requirement Review- On submitting enable review option without selecting route, no alert is showing. Requirement status changed from draft to reviewed.
It is considering as auto approval.
Don't allow to submit without selecting route
