closedLPA : System displays Only Copy template button remaining all buttons are missing (New Design and Working fine in last Cycle)

Steps To Reproduce:
1) Login as admin
2) Create multiple adhoc audits one after the other in different dates with tentative status
3) now Directly Confirm the schedules as scheduler
4) Observe the audits
System is confirming only few audits remaining audits remain meaning less yellow color
if i am confirming directly as scheduler then publish button to be display right there is not publish button at all

Description
System is not confirming all the Adhoc audits as scheduler directly observe the latest attached issues
Created only adhoc audit with tentative status that's it and when i move to next year from 2020 to 2021 i can see all the buttons
