Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as MSA Landing page
2. Click on Add button from the Recent Gage widgets
3. Select the MSA field and click on done button
4. Observe the behavior the selected data will not show in the landing page
5. Observe the loading symbol in Recent Gage and Gage RR varible

Description

Issue 1: Landing Page - Add widgets --> Selected Widgets is not showing in the landing page.

Issue 2: Landing Page - Recent Gages and Gage RR variable widgets --> Showing a Loading icon, but the data is not loaded.
