Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to EwQIMS & Navigate to APQP
2. Create a project and add a task to it
3. Set ahdoc/route approval and attach an aqua document.
4. Click on the input document and Publish it.
5. Navigate to the Project as Project Manager and click on the Aqua output document in Deliverable Information page.
=> It directs to a page with Server Error, instead of message indicating Document awaiting approval.
