Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as admin
2) Click on Customer
3) Create Customer
4) Click on Add and select some parts
5) Click on save and Close the window not the validation
6) Observe the listing screen

Description

Added part is not displaying automatically after validation is closed.

Buttons position is incorrect First Add and then Delete should come

While delete displays error as Incorrect string
