Create Production Item window - Alert message is not displayed while adding multiple blank rows to create a Production item and BOM elements.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as RFD Module administrator

2.Click on any menu and then select the PI

3.Right click on global or any PI and select Create production item or add item Elements

4.Without entering the name click on + icon

5.Observe the behavior

Description

Should show the alert message while clicking + icon without adding PI name.

'Please Enter the Production Item name' should be prompted while clicking + icon without entering the data.
