Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module administrator
2. Set Holiday option disable in Business Rule
3. Click on Equipment menu
4. Create a Equipment with start of production date as "10/10/2020"
5. Set the Activity as TBM WO
6. Click on PM Supervisor calendar
7. Click on Assign PM button
8. Schedule the WO and Observe the Scheduled date
