Process VDA: Create Button is not working also displays JS Error in Operation Category (IE/Chrome Browser)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuAPro -> Main2

3.Expand Global -> Select a PI

4.Click on AIAG-VDA PFMEA/DFMEA under the Process/Design Documents

5.Click Process VDA -> Structure Analysis

6.Select Segment -> Right-Click on the Segment in the displayed Structure Analysis

7.Enter Operation Category -> Click Create Button

8.Observe the Result
