LPA Schedule->The alert message need to change after publish the scheduled audit

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as module admin
2.Expand administrator tab
3.Click on LPA Schedule link
4.Select Layer and year
5.Click on Create schedule/Reschedule button
6.Click on confirm button from status field
7.Click on "Publish" button with auto approval mode

Description

LPA Schedule->Click on "Publish" button with auto approval mode-> The alert message should be displayed as "Scheduled audit(s) are published successfully " instead of showing "Schedule audit details are sent for approval" message.
