1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Main Menu

3.Right click on the Global PI and Select a Production Item

4.Click on the AIAG-VDA Design/Process Menu. New window will open

5.Click on Design/Process VDA tab and select Failure Analysis

6.Right click on cause and select Risk/Optimization

7.Add all the Data for Risk and Optimization

8.Observe the Preventive and Detective Status

9.Observe the Optimization
