Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to FST
2. Select a PI
3. Enter details in VOC
4. Rightclick the requirement and check for the context menu

Description

Context Menus are not disabled as per requirement review status
1. Edit and Enable review is needed only in draft Status
2. Stop review not needed in draft and approved status

Enable review is still enabled in the context menu for all review status, but it will not allow to update/submit review.
