closedPosition adding to a multisite page is not getting refreshed automatically after click on save user need to refresh manually to display the created position (Working fine in last Cycle)

1) Login as admin
2) Click on Position
3) Select Some other site
4) Click on New
5) Create a new position
6) close the saved successfully validation
7) Observe the listing page and try refresh manually and Observe
