Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST Module administrator

2.Click on Main and select any PI

3.Select VOC and add two rows

4.select checkbox on one row and click on Enable Review button

5.Select Auto approval and observe the Result

6.Now select the Skip review checkbox for Draft row

7.Again publish the document

8.Observe the result

Description

1.Published the VOC without Skip review is done - Published document shows all the data

2.Again published the Document by selecting the Skip Review for Draft items - system shows Review status as Approved
