LPA Schedule->Problem on viewing equipments in schedule view

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as module admin
2.Expand administrator tab
3.Click on LPA Schedule link
4.Select Layer and year
5.Check the Equipment's list on schedule page

Description

LPA Schedule->The schedule page should be displayed the equipment's(Production Item/Machine)based on checklist/checkpoint mapping.
Now the system displaying the equipment's which is having checklist only. So that the admin can able to create/reschedule. But the schedules are not creating for those equipment's.
