Publish Window: Name field is allowing the User to Edit (IE/Chrome Browsers)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuAPro Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2

3.Expand Global -> Select any PI

4.Right-Click on any of the Documents -> Publish

5.Double-Click on Name field -> Edit the textbox -> Click Publish Button

6.Observe the Result

Description

Name field is allowing the User to Edit in the opened Publish window but there was no impact when the user publish the edited name field. Actually it should be in Grey Color after the 1st Publish.
