Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to EwQIMS and navigate to APQP.
2. Create a project and add a task.
3. Add adhoc/ existing round of approval.
4. Attach an Aqua document and publish it.
5. Login as approver and Reject the document.
6. Now publish the Aqua document again.
7. Login as project manager and verify the output status in Deliverable Information.
=> Output status is displayed as rejected instead of "Awaiting Approval"

Incorrect Output status is displayed for Aqua documents re-published after rejection. 'Rejected' status is displayed instead of 'Awaiting Approval'.
Note: Aqua Publish Functionality was not included in Cycle-1 build,was given as patch
