closedLPA -> Adhoc audit publish is not Working as Expected Some times able to get publish window and Some times publish is not happening (Working fine in last cycle)

Steps To Reproduce:
1) Login as admin
2) Click on LPA schedule
3) Click on Create adhoc audit
4) Create adhoc audit for one particular date
5) Create multiple audits some with confirm and Some with not confirm
6) Try playing with adhoc audits and finally when tried to publish meaning when click on save
7) Publish window doesn't show up
