AQuA Actions: Save and Cancel Buttons not working also displays JS Error (IE/Chrome Browsers)

1.Login as AQuAPro Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Actions

3.Click on any of the listed Action Link

4.Click on Save or Cancel Button

5.Observe the Result

Description

In Actions Link, When the User tries to Click on Save Button its throwing JS Error and also for Clicking on Cancel Button. Then the Save Button and Cancel Button is not working.

JS Error: Line: 1
Error: cannot call methods on dialog prior to initialization; attempted to call method 'close'
