LPA Schedule-> Alert Message is not displaying when the administrator clicks on Not confirm button when no audits found

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as module admin
2.Expand administrator tab
3.Click on LPA Schedule link
4.Select Layer and year
5.Right click on Auditee name in any row without scheduling an audit
6.Click on OK button after entering reason in alert message

Description

LPA Schedule-> Alert Message should be displayed as "No Audits to Not Confirm" if the administrator clicks on "Not confirm" button from Auditee name in any row but no audits available in a row
Note: Now the system displaying the alert message like "Please enter the reason", If admin clicks on OK button after entering reason the system displaying the another alert message like "No Audits to Confirm"
