LPA Schedule->"Save as Template" function is not working

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as module admin
2.Expand administrator tab
3.Click on LPA Schedule link
4.Select Layer and Year
5.Click on Create schedule/Reschedule
6.Click on Save as Template icon from RHS
7.Click on Save button

LPA Schedule->The administrator could not save the template within a layer. The page not responding when clicks on save button in "Save as Template" page
