Supplier -> User Deactivate is not working in Supplier Contact person area

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as admin
2) Click on Systems
3) Cllick on Suppier
4) Fill all the fields
5) Add no of supplier users as 2
6) After adding part
7) Click on Add Location icon
8) Add address and Click on Contact icon
9) Select the user and Click on Dreactivate
10) Observe

Description

Supplier -> User Deactivate is not working in Supplier Contact person areas

1) When click on Deactivate directly does not display any validation to select the user
2) After select and Deactivate the selected user is not deactivating
3) Not started icon label issue in add part area
